Palazzo is a niche winery, producing just 22,000 bottles per year. Maintaining a small size allows the Loia - Palazzo family to conduct, under their own strict guidance, every stage of production, ensuring that the wines always maintain the highest quality standards.

An area for ageing the wine has been specially created inside the old farmhouse.

A new structure, totally in line with the architectural style of the original farmhouse, has been built for the vinification, bottling, storage and ageing of the wine. Part of it is developed in an underground environment to ensure the maintenance of a constant temperature of 14-16°.
